The  jurisdiction of Commissioner (Appeals), Nashik extends over the Jurisdiction of the Commissioner of Central Excise, Nashik the jurisdiction of  which is in the Districts of Nashik, Dhule, Nandurbar, Jalgaon and Talukas —Sangamner and Akole of Ahmednagar District.
